Like for other health issues, nutritious diet is essential for sex life. A healthy sexual life can be maintained by a healthy body, an active and proper diet. The diet should be based on vegetables, fruits, whole grains and protein for healthy sex life.

Fruits and Vegetables:

Vitamin C in citrus fruits helps to strengthen the blood vessels. Whereas the riboflavin present in green vegetables and grains is beneficial for reproductive system of women. Include green vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and wheat in your diet to have healthy sexual life.


Zinc in seafood is essential for sperm production. Also its deficiency delays sexual development in children. Zinc is also found in chicken, chicken liver, eggs, milk and beans.
