Supplements cannot replace the healthy balanced diet. For mens health, healthy and balanced diet is very important. Regular intake of calcium, drinking 6-8 glasses of water and regular exercise or workout is essential for  mens health. Avoid high fat and sugar containing diet for your health.

Consult your nutritionist for diet that is right for you. If you are thinking to take supplements, consult your doctor first. For mens health, its recommended to take atleast nine servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Most of the men don’t take fruits and vegetables. They are not aware with the benefits of this group of food in reducing the risk of cancers, heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes.
