  • Say no to alcoholic drinks. These drinks are fattening and can destroy your diet program.
  • Watch your fat intake. Your fat intake should not be more than 30% of the food.
  • Avoid sweets. Sweets mean more calories and more calories mean more weight gain, so avoid sweets and control your sweet tooth.
  • Increase your water intake. Have another glass of water while taking meal to make you full.
  • Include the things like tomatoes, cucumber and watermelons in your diet. These contain 90-95% water and thus less calories. They will fulfill your hunger without disturbing your diet.
